RAFAH – 10 June 2026: The Egyptian Red Crescent (ERC) on Wednesday dispatched the 211th “Zad Al-Izzah – From Egypt to Gaza” aid convoy, delivering around 2,343 tons of various humanitarian assistance.

The convoy carried donated meat, food baskets, flour, medical supplies, relief materials, and fuel products intended to support hospitals and other vital facilities in Gaza.

The ERC said the assistance package was also reinforced with essential items for Gaza residents, including clothing and tents to shelter those affected by the ongoing crisis.

The organization has maintained a presence at the border since the start of the conflict, stressing that the Rafah crossing has remained open on the Egyptian side throughout the crisis.

The ERC added that it has continued to operate at full readiness across its logistics centers and sustain efforts to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian and relief assistance into Gaza, supported by more than 65,000 volunteers across the organization.
